Position : Customer Success Associate

Rise, a fast-growing Fintech Startup is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Associate.

We need an empathetic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company's customer service policies, be a quick learner, and a great communicator to be able to offer quick and accurate assistance to customers.

You'll Be Doing:

  • Deal directly with customers through telephone, email, live chat, social media, etc.
  • Handle and respond promptly to customer complaints/inquiries.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfactory resolution.
Required profile for job ad : Customer Success Associate

You have:

  • A degree in a relevant field
  • At least one year experience in a customer service role
  • Computer literate, familiar with CRM tools
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Luganda, Twi, or Swahili.
  • Excellent Listening skills
  • Patient and above-average emotional intelligence
  • Attention to detail and organized.
