Position : Sales Executive - Kampala

We are looking for a Sales Executive.
Responsibilities :

  • Prospecting: Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase products and address customer needs.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, including pricing, delivery, and service agreements.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve individual and team sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to communicate progress to management and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align efforts and enhance customer satisfaction.
