We are looking for a young and brilliant recent graduate to join our team as a 3D and VR Architectural Rendering Artist Apprentice. As an apprentice, you will be tasked with learning and gaining practical experience in creating high-quality 3D and VR renderings and visualizations for a range of construction projects. This role will require you to step out of their comfort zone and use new technologies.  

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our experienced 3D and VR rendering artists to create high-quality renderings and visualizations for a range of construction projects
• Assist with other tasks related to the rendering and visualization process, such as file management, quality control, and presentation preparation
• Participate in training and learning opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge in 3D and VR rendering and visualization
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to create promotional materials and presentations for clients
• Use your creativity and artistic skills to bring concepts and designs to life in a visually appealing and engaging way
• Work efficiently and meet project deadlines, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and attention to detail

Requirements:

• A recent graduate with a degree in Architecture, Design, Computer Science, ICT or a related field.
• A strong passion for 3D and VR rendering and visualization
• Proficient in industry-standard 3D rendering software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, and V-Ray
• Some experience in VR rendering and visualization tools such as Unity or Unreal Engine is a plus
• Strong understanding of design principles and architectural concepts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines
