Guiding, monitoring and advicing all the decsipline Architectural, Civil & structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing. Co-ordinating with client, consultant, sub-contractor and supplier. Design drawing approval from local authority. Manage the overall operation, budgetary, financial resposibilities and activities of the department. Plan, evaluate and improve the efficiency of business process and procedures to enhance speed, quality and efficiency. Establish and maintain relevant controls and feedback systems to monitor the operation of the department. Communicate regularly with other managers, directors and other designated contacts within the organizations.

 Structural Design of R.C.C and Steel composite structures by B.S, ACI, PCI, UBC/IBC and local standards.  Analysis and modelling of structures using STAAD PRO, CSC Orion, CSC Fastrak, SAP 2000 and ETAB softwares.  Steel structure conceptual connection designs by PROKON/CSC Fastrak  Design and detailing of private/govermental structures, commercial, residential, and industrial structures  supervising and verifying the junior engineer design calculations and design drawings.  Reporting to Managing Director (Registered Qualified Person)  Getting approval for Civil & Structural design drawing from governmental authorities.  Co-ordinating with Clients, local Authority and contractors.  Planning, scheduling and execution of construction activities  Supervision to ensuring all the civil engineering works (Concreting, Earthworks, Piling, and Road works) with good workmanship complying with specifications, drawings, contracts and standards.  Ensuring all materials and equipment installed by the contractor meet the contract requirements, specification and regulations

G+1 Dubai scholar’s school extension block 5. Labor camp building G+2 in jebel Ali Free Zone 6. B+G+5 & B+G+7 for Future Investment at DSO. 7. Jumaira South villas (Apartments ten/twelve villa continuous) G+2 – 4nos in Jafza authority 8. G+1 Villas in and around Dubai – 18 projects 9. Design of temporary steel structure like China, Palestine, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Sri Lankan pavilion in Global Village situated at Dubai Land 10. Acted as Structural Authority for Global Village 2007-2008 & 2008 – 2009
