As the business analyst, am tasked with the pricing analysis of the sales under commercial business of Vivo energy. Through SAP S4 HANA, I maintain and analyse prices for the different products like fuels, LPG, lubricants and aviation fuel. Under the role of pricing, I ensure successful alignment in the pricing of fixed Shell card customers across the Shell retail network in the country. I am the focal person for the Company Master Data Governance. I manage the entry and update of customer information in the company master database. In partnership with the finance team, I coordinate the commercial budgeting (Capex and Opex) and planning process including the routine forecast cycles for sales and profitability. Through SAP Integrated Business Planning platform I implement the sales forecasting business model that resulted in 4.1% growth in fuel sales and a forecast accuracy of 89% in 2020. I offer support to the sales team in effective and inclusive usage of sales analytics in driving growth and profitability within the business through identifying opportunities for maximizing sales and margin.

Developed and implemented a robust mobile money master agency KPIs reporting dashboard that provided real time insights in business operations resulting in growth in master agency transactions by over 40% between 2018 and 2019. Designed the data analysis and reporting templates during the automation process of the Go Phones Limited data management and reporting system that was previously manual. Analyzed mobile money sales data and prepared performance reports and dashboards, which contributed to 9% growth in mobile money transactions and 2.5% growth in commission between 2018 and 2019. Developed and implemented the sales management and monitoring processes that involved field tracking of operations and the preparation of field reports, which provided the team with action points on addressing key operations and management issues.
