Prepared monthly Budget Versus Actual (BVA) report for the Experiments department Analyzed, monitored and reported/addressed all budget excesses on a monthly basis Design and learning path: Actively participated in the design of the Skilled Learning Program Pilot and coordinated its implementation in Mbarara, Ntungamo, Mayuge, Entebbe & Mukono.
