I am now working with House of Concrete East Africa Limited as an Administrative Assistant. My primary role is to maintain the physical condition of the office and carry out a range of clerical requests at the behest of senior managers and company executives. Through my work I have learned how to do all of the following key duties that your role requires of a candidate; • Keep the office well stocked with stationery and office supplies. • efficiently manage the office diary so that no one misses any key events. • Maintain an accurate filing system, making sure that legal documents and confidential company documents are all accurately and rightfully filed • manage the procurement, • store supplies, With my employer, I am responsible for managing the procurement of inventory, store management of the inventory, updating of supplies list, coordinating regular office safety checks, directing visitors, daily updates of the staff attendance report, and providing front desk service. I work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and see my role as being crucial to the company’s operations. Aside from my administrative competencies I can work on my initiative with minimal supervision, and am someone willing to take on heavy workloads.
