During my internship ot the university I was exposed to the following duties and responsibilities; 1. Opening of student’s files and labelling for every intake 2. Activation of student account 3. Closing of student account 4. Filing and folioing of student’s documents 5. Compile, sort and organize data to be entered into the database, spreadsheet 6. Input text and data from documents into spreadsheets, databases or electronic files. 7. Maintaining and tracking the movement of students records 8. Scanning of individual student’s files for automation purpose 9. Closing of student academic records 10. Conducting monthly analysis of internal file movement register 11. Conducting analysis of exit survey questionnaire for clearing students
